BiP was established in 1984 to facilitate business between the public and private sectors. What began with the printing of contracts information has since evolved into a portfolio of innovative services that add real value to supply chains. eSourcing

BiP’s eSourcing services enable efficient, effective and compliant procurement. In use by thousands of public sector buyers every day, BiP’s Project e-notice, aXcess e-auction and buyer profile, Vault secure document exchange and Select accreditation services can be used independently; or combined to form the Delta electronic tendering suite (Delta ets) for an end to end solution. In challenging times, our eSourcing services deliver transparency, compliance and value for money.

With over 25 years’ experience BiP has the in-depth knowledge of procurement that all sizes and types of public and private sector organisation rely upon. Our Procurement Advice and Support Service (PASS) consultants are renowned for the quality of their advice and their ability to identify risks and opportunities. BiP’s expertise has led to consulting on major procurement-related projects; from capacity building to reform and monitoring programmes.

BiP pioneered the use of web-based solutions to enable more effective and efficient procurement.
